Comprehensive refurbishment of the ground floor of their prestigious Grenville Street offices.

We locally manufactured the solid oak framed floor to ceiling glass partition system and supplied and fitted the suspended ceiling systems.

As the main contractor, we liaised with all sub-contractors throughout the project to ensure a smooth transition through all stages of the works.

Bedells

A thorough refurbishment of the Bedell Group’s Jersey office.

The refurbishment consisted of stripping out most of the internals of the ground floor areas and then liaising with and co-ordinating all sub contractors, as installation of the new fit out commenced.

We supplied and installed the following:

• The floor to ceiling acoustic glass partition system
• The suspended ceiling system
• The sprayed grey metal sound baffling slatted ceilings in the board rooms

We also locally manufactured the slatted walnut feature ceiling throughout the entire corridor.

Other work undertaken included the demolition of the dated client washroom facilities and the staff shower facilities and the replacement of more modern and spacious facilities.

As main contractor, we liaised with and co-ordinated all the trades involved, ensuring the desired high class finish was successfully achieved.

Confidence Dental Practice

Chosen to fit out this prestigious unit at Castle Quay, the stunning result consisting of:

• Construction of a Mezzanine floor to divide the unit into two levels
• Installation of a new locally manufactured staircase to front and back of the unit
• Construction of numerous dental surgeries, lab rooms, toilet and shower facilities, a kitchen and tea point areas
• The supply and fit of all plasterboard and suspended ceilings throughout
• The manufacture of all joinery items throughout by LCV

As main contractor, we project managed and co-ordinated all trades involved in this complex project.

Swarovski

We were chosen for the fit out of Swarovski in King Street, fulfilling the brief of achieving a blend of a sleek contemporary interior while retaining many of the original features of the street side facade.

We were nominated to manage the project.
